"I have been practicing Tai Chi for several years before I started
taking classes at Orange County Tai Chi Studio. When I met Master Bing Luh, I started to understand what
Tai Chi is really about. When I saw him showing me Tai Chi movement for the first time, I realized right away
that my teacher's knowledge and control of inner energy is exceptional. Master Bing Luh is
sharing this ancient treasure of Tai Chi with real passion and honesty."

“Stress triggers suffering--physical, emotional, and spiritual. Bing Luh's approach to tai
chi--a combination of gentle movement, meditation, stretching, and mental focus--is the solution. I love Bing's
reverential yet light-hearted approach to sharing this ancient practice. Thanks to Bing, I'm more flexible,
physically and emotionally, and more balanced. Bing is the ideal teacher for the newcomer to tai chi. He
is a treasure in my life and the tai chi practice he has given me is a source of emotional strength and calm.
Call him today and get going on the journey of a lifetime.”

“I began Tai Chi training for the purpose of
stress relief. I have found the classes to be very useful, providing me with stress relief techniques I
use daily. In particular, the deep breathing techniques have been very useful and enlightening. After about
6 months of training I received unsolicited comments from several business colleagues saying they had noticed
a difference in me and wanting to know what I had been doing to gain such new calmness! As an extra bonus, my
balance and flexibility have also both improved.”

"Before
I started to learn Tai Chi, I had a weak left ankle that resulted from an accident some years ago. I have to wear a brace
from time to time whenever I over-exert my ankle. After practicing Tai Chi for 6 months, I realized my
ankle muscles were stronger and I do not need to wear the brace anymore. Tai Chi has not only strengthened
my weak muscles, but also helps me to relax physically and mentally by applying its deep breathing and meditation technique.”

To me Tai Chi has been quite a good experience, my stamina has gone up. I

Through the practice of Tai chi I was able to
improve the mobility on my left knee, (I was not able to bend my left knee from a soccer injury 30 years ago). it took
me about 8 months of exercise in Tai Chi but finally I was able to bend my legs. I reduced my weight (15
pounds), and my high blood pressure from 165 to 140, and I have also increased my energy stamina to allow walking for
a longer time without feeling tired, so it has been a great improvement on my health.

I am a Chinese. At young age, my father taught me the
horse stance. With busy life style of raising family and running a family engineering business, my health
deteriate to a point of no return. Through friends and family member, I found Master Bing Luh to teach
me Tai Chi Chuan. In the beginning I got up 5:00 am every morning and practiced the warm up exercise, breathing/meditation
and 24 forms. After one year of intensive practicing, I show Master Luh a video of me practicing the 24
forms, he realized that I had memorized the forms and beginning to train me with classical style of Tai Chi Chuan instead
of Tai Chi exercise.
Tai Chi Chuan combines intense mental focus with deliberate, graceful movements that I improve
strength, agility and balance.
Practitioners praise Tai Chi Chuan's spiritual and psychological benefits, but what
has attracted the attention of my family members lately is what Tai Chi Chuan does for my health and whole being. In
many ways, I am catching up to what tens of millions of people in China and Chinatowns and the rest of the world already
known about Tai Chi Chuan.
There are several styles of Tai Chi Chuan, but most of them start with a series of
controlled movements, or forms, with names like Grasping the Sparrow's Tail and Repulse the Monkey. It took a few months for the effects to kick in, but when they do
they can act as a gateway to a new lifestyle. Once I start feeling better, I become more active on my daily
life, In deed, I totally enjoy a new interesting lifestyle. Now, I am working as a certified Tai
Chi/Fitness instructor.
Any form of exercise, of course, can do only so much. Tai Chi Chuan will not be the
end-all, but Tai Chi plus walking would be a very good mixture. Younger people probably need more of an aerobic challenge,
but they can benefit from Tai Chi's capacity to reduce stress like what I had achieved. The best thing about Tai Chi Chuan is that I enjoy it, so it is more likely that
I’ll stick with it long enough to get the benefit. It helps when something that's good for me
is also fun.
