Increased energy, reduced stress, improved blood circulation, health and longevity, ability to relax on a deeper level, balancing, breathing, mind focus, coordination and concentration.

Of all the dreams and fantasies of human-kind, one of the most cherished must certainly be the ever-elusive Fountain of Youth. Throughout the ages, countless scientists, alchemists, scholars and others have diligently sought the secret of unending youth, health and vitality. For all that they really accomplished, the searchers and dreamers would have been better off if they had just taken the time to learn Tai Chi.

Tai Chi Chuan is legendary for the benefits it bestows. It cultivates good health by exercising mind, body, spirit and will simultaneously. As one moves through the bending, stretching, twisting, expanding and contracting choreography of forms, each and every muscle, gland, organ, vessel and joint is activated. This cleanses and massages all, stimulates the nervous system, and heightens the spirit.

Tai Chi stimulates the body's various organs and systems to help achieve natural balance. The body operates more efficiently. Health problems such as low back ache, stiff joints, obesity, hypertension, poor circulation, poor posture, sluggish digestion, insomnia, and arthritis show significant improvement.

Daily and diligent practice of the art of Tai Chi Chuan can keep one young in appearance, agile in movement, and serene in mind. Many therapeutic benefits may be derived from its regular practice. It promotes blood circulation, distributes energy flow in the body and mind, strengthens the functions of internal organs, helps regulate blood pressure, tones the muscles, revitalizes the mind, multiples the recuperative powers of the body, reduces excessive weight and produces an overall healthy complexion.
